16 men nabbed on terror, criminal charges in Basra

BASRA / IraqiNews.com: Sixteen wanted men on Tuesday were arrested on criminal and terror-related charges in different parts of Basra province, according to a police source. “During search raids in different parts of the province, 16 wanted persons were captured, including three on terror charges,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “A number of hand grenades, 14 unlicensed vehicles, and seven motorbikes were seized during the raids,” the source added.
