Fake £55,000,000 bomb detectors to be replaced with real U.S. bomb detectors in November says Iraqi Interior Minister

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) On Saturday the 1st deputy of the Iraqi Interior Minister, Adnan al-Asadi said, that American equipment for explosive detection will be received next month.

Al-Asadi announced in a press conference attended by IraqiNews.com that modern American equipment and bomb detectors for explosives to be received next month. Iraqi PM Haidar al-Abadi has said earlier on Thursday, that the government will soon be replacing the bogus devices (e.g. ADE 651, GT200) and get rid of them.

Noteworthy, the old devices were previously declared as fake bomb detectors in one of the biggest fraud deals after included the sale of £55,000,000 of bogus devices.
