MoD arrives in Erbil

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Minister of Defense, Khalid al-Obaydi, arrived Erbil chairing a senior delegation on Monday.

The correspondent of Iraqi News reported that ”The Minister and the delegation, which included the military officials and the Chief of Army Staff, Babker Zebari, will meet the officials in charge in Kurdistan Region to discuss the current situation and the progress achieved by Peshmerga forces in Sinjar area and Nineveh province.”

”The two sides will also discuss the means of promoting mutual cooperation to face the threats of the terrorism forces,” the correspondent concluded. \End\
