IED goes off in Wasit

Wasit (IraqiNews.com) Five persons were wounded when an Improvised Explosive Device went off of central Wasit province.

Security source declared to Iraqi News ”The IED, which was inside a plastic bag, exploded targeting police patrol and resulted in wounding five persons in Amel Square of central Kute city.””The security forces imposed security cordon over the scene while the ambulances transported the wounded to the hospital for treatment,” the source concluded.
