Basra’s investment commission, Canadian company discuss oil projects

BASRA / IraqiNews.com: Basra’s investment commission is currently negotiating with a Canadian company over the implementation of several oil projects in the province, according to a local official. “Talks have been held with a delegation from ALTUS company, which is in the oil sector, about the possibility of setting up projects,” a commission member, Ihsan Abduljabbar, told IraqiNews.com news agency. “Representatives of the company visited the Oil Products Distribution Company and the South Oil Company to discuss the possibility of carrying out joint projects.” He added.
