(IraqiNews.com) On Tuesday, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said that more than 60 people have been killed in air strikes on al-Raqqa city carried out by al-Asad regime in Syria.

Syrian warplanes conducted the air strikes on a popular market in the city of al-Raqqa, killing ISIS militants, but causing many civilian casualties, according to activists on social media.

Noteworthy, the ISIS group has beheaded hundreds of Syrian soldiers that were kept captive, and recently published a video showing the beheading of dozen of Syrian soldiers and officers.
