KSA arrest suspect in German diplomats car shooting

International (IraqiNews.com) Saudi Arabia announced Friday the arrest of a suspect of the shooting that targeted a car of Germany’s diplomatic mission, Saudi Press Agency reported.The Interior Ministry highlighted in a statement that the Saudi national suspect, Salem bin Abdullah Abu Abdullah, was injured while trying to escape and resist his arrest by using a gun. He was sent to the hospital for treatment.Two individuals accompanied him were arrested, the minister stated without highlighting the nature of their involvement in the shooting that occurred on Dec. 5.The suspect has a criminal record of armed robbery and endangering the safety of others in Al-Awamia. The targeted car gutted in the attack, while the two diplomats inside it escaped unhurt.Saudi Arabia announced Thursday the arrest of three Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) supporters for another shooting that targeted the car of a Danish national. /End/
