Baghdad Mayoralty rehabilitates Sho’ala souk at ID1b

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Baghdad Mayoralty said on Sunday that it finalized works to re-build and rehabilitate the al-Sho’ala al-Oula souk (market) at a cost of one billion Iraqi dinars (ID) and a deadline of nine months. “The al-Sho’ala municipality staff finalized 74 stores with new sanitary sewage networks, sidewalks and road pavement,” according to a Mayoralty media office release received by IraqiNews.com news agency. “The civilian, electric and sanitary works for the stores cost ID800 million while pavement and sidewalks cost ID200 million,” it added.
