Zebari: Priorities of Budget are Defense, Energy & displaced citizens

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Finance Minister, Hoshyar Zebari, stated that the priorities of the 2015 Budget are the Defense and Energy sectors in addition to the displaced citizens.
