Explosives, ammo found in Karbala

KARBALA / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi security forces on Tuesday seized an amount of ammunitions and three explosive charges during security raids in Karbala, the local police chief said. “Joint police and army forces seized 17 missiles in a deserted area on the Karbala-Najaf road as well as three bombs in north of al-Harr district in west of Karbala,” General Ali Jassem Mohamed told IraqiNews.com news agency, noting that the bombs were defused.
