ISIS besieges 1000 families west of Ramadi
(IraqiNews.com) On Saturday, Sheikh Naim Gaood, leader of the Albonmr tribe announced that the terrorist organization ISIS has besieged more than 1,000 families in three villages west of Ramadi, calling for urgent military reinforcements to lift the siege and rescue the families.
Gaood said in an interview for IraqiNews.com, “ISIS blockaded three villages inhabited by more than 1,000 families from the clans of al-Obeidi , Albuaamr and Aqaysian in northeastern district of Baghdadi, west of Ramadi.”
Gaood added, “ISIS besieged these families after the army troops withdrew from the north-east of 14 villages in Baghdadi district, demanding security leaders to urgently send military reinforcements to lift the siege on those families in anticipation of the massacres against them like the massacre of Albu Nimr.”
