Abadi lays a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier
(IraqiNews.com) On Tuesday, the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, Haider al-Abadi laid a wreath on the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Baghdad, on the occasion of the 94th anniversary of founding of the Iraqi Army.
A number of TV channels aired the ceremony of laying a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier by Prime Minister and General Commander of the Armed Forces Haider al-Abadi to mark the 94th anniversary of the founding of the army.
Commander of the Armed Forces Haider al-Abadi, accompanied by Defense Minister Khaled al-Obeidi, attended the ceremony with senior officers and leaders of the army, as well as a number of the diplomatic missions operating in Iraq.
