Ninewa police defuse 4 IEDs

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: Policemen in Ninewa defused four improvised explosive devices (IEDs) in two separate operations in Mosul city on Saturday, a security source in the province said. “Security forces from the Ninewa police department defused two IEDs in al-Majmoua’a al-Thaqafiya area near the pedestrian tunnel in northern Mosul. The forces detonated the charges without incident,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “Two other charges inside flasks were detonated in the area of al-Faysaliya, eastern Mosulm, without incident,” the source added.
