Liberating Biji could take a lot of time, says MP

(IraqiNews.com) MP Badr al-Fahl said Monday, that more than 1000 tribesmen have volunteered within al-Hashed al-Sha’bi forces in the districts of Samarra and Biji, noting that liberating the entire district of Biji could take a lot of time.

Al-Fahl stated to IraqiNews in an interview, “The number of tribesmen who have volunteered from the people of Samarra and Biji districts has exceeded 1000 fighters within the Iraqi Volunteer Forces (also known as al-Hashed al-Sha’bi).”

He added, “Liberating Biji could take a lot of time due to its geographical location and other obstacles.”
