Al-Eissawi heads for UAE

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraq’s Deputy Premier Rafeaa al-Eissawi on Tuesday left Baghdad, heading for the United Arab Emirates leading a high-profile Iraqi delegation on an official visit to the country, according to a statement of his office. “The visit comes within Iraqi efforts to reactivate ties with the Arab world,” said the statement received by IraqiNews.com news agency. “The Iraqi official will hold talks with senior UAE officials,” it added. “A number of ministers, senior advisors, experts, and businessmen are accompanying al-Eissawi,” it said. “The Iraqi delegation will hold talks with presidents of the UAE air companies on air flights to Baghdad,” the statement noted.
