Abadi, Hakim discuss political updates

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The head of the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council, Ammar al-Hakim, and the Prime Minister, Haider al-Abadi, discussed the political updates and the victories of the security forces and volunteers against the Islamic State of Iraq and Levant terrorists.

A statement by Hakim’s office received by IraqiNews.com cited “Hakim received Abadi at his office in Baghdad on last Friday.”

“Hakim confirmed that victory will be announced soon against the ISIL terrorists,” the statement concluded. /End/
