Iraq to head 8th round of Arab electricity ministers

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraq will head the 8th round of Arab electricity ministers’ meetings that will take place in Egypt – Cairo, from May 20 to May 21, 2009. “Iraq was chosen by the Arab League (AL) to head the meeting due to the big efforts made by its electricity ministry,” said a release issued by the ministry and received by IraqiNews.com news agency. “During the meeting, horizons of mutual cooperation within the field of electricity will be discussed,” it added.
