3 soldiers injured in eastern Falluja

ANBAR / IraqiNews.com: Three Iraqi army soldiers were wounded Wednesday in a bomb explosion in eastern Falluja, according to a security source. “An improvised explosive device went off in central al-Haswa region targeting an army vehicle patrol, injuring three soldiers, including a lieutenant,” the source told Iraqi News. “The lieutenant is in critical condition and was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment,” he added, noting that all roads leading to the region was closed. Falluja is 45 km west of Baghdad, while Ramadi, the capital of Anbar, lies 110 km west of Baghdad. SH (P) 1
