Sticky bomb kills, wounds 4 civilians north of Hilla

BABEL / IraqiNews.com: One civilian was killed and three were wounded in a sticky bomb blast in the north of Hilla on Monday, according too a security source. “One civilian was killed and three others were wounded on Monday (Sept. 14), when a bomb, stuck to a civilian vehicle, went off in al-Askandariya district, north of Hilla,” the source told Iraqi News.
