6 wanted men arrested, liquor seized in Basra

BASRA / IraqiNews.com: Policemen in Basra captured six wanted men in different areas of the province and seized an amount of liquor in central Basra, the local police information office said on Friday. “Basra policemen conducted search raids in the province, arresting six wanted men on criminal charges,” the office told Iraqi News. “Another police force, in association with an Iraqi army force, seized 2248 boxes of liquor beverages hidden in a car was and lubrication garage in central Basra,” the office said.
