Maliki answers the questions of the committee on the fall of Mosul

(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad- the office of the Vice President Nuri al-Maliki announced on Thursday, that the latter responded to questions directed to him by the parliamentary committee to investigative for the fall of the city of Mosul, pointing out that the answers included “official documents.”
Maliki’s office said in a statement received by IraqiNews.com, “The Vice President Nuri al-Maliki responded to questions directed to him by the parliamentary committee to investigative for the fall of the city of Mosul.”
The statement added that “the answers included a number of official documents that will assist the Commission of Inquiry to see the details of the events with objectivity and accuracy; they have been sent today to the House of Representatives.”
The special parliamentary committee to investigate the fall of Mosul called (in June 21, 2015) Vice President Nuri al-Maliki and Kurdish regional President Massoud Barzani to answer the questions addressed to them on the fall of the city.
