IED wounds 2 civilians in Diala

DIALA / IraqiNews.com: Two civilians on Sunday were injured when an explosive device went off in northern Diala province, according to a local security source. “This afternoon, an improvised explosive device (IED) detonated on the road linking Jaat village to Tabaj area, Jalawlaa district (35 km southwest of Khanaqin) while a civilian vehicle was passing the location,” the source told Iraqi News. “The explosion left two civilians wounded,” the source explained. “One of the wounded is in a critical condition,” the source noted, providing no further details.
