 17 terrorists killed, car bomb destroyed in Anbar, says War Media Cell

(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – War Media Cell announced on Sunday the killing of 17 “terrorists,” as well as the destruction of a car bomb and three vehicles carrying mono guns in security operations in Anbar province.

The cell said in a press statement received by IraqiNews.com, “Baghdad Operations forces continued, within Fajr al-Karma operation, to cleanse the district and the surrounding areas in collaboration with the federal police , al-Hashed al-sha’bi volunteers and tribal fighters backed by Army Aviation, Air Force and International Air Alliance in coordination with the Anbar Operations Command,” indicating that, “the operation resulted in the killing of nine terrorists and destruction of a vehicle carrying mono machine-guns and killing its occupants, in addition to blowing a car  bomb and destroying a den for the enemy.”
