Jubouri and Abadi discuss the ongoing military operations in Anbar

(Iraqinews.com) Baghdad – House Speaker Salim al-Jubouri and Prime Minister Haider al-Abad have discussed the ongoing military operations in Anbar and reconstruction of liberated areas.
Abadi office said in a statement received by IraqiNews.com: “Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, received in his office the President of the House of Representatives Saleem al-Jubouri,” noting that, “the two sides discussed the victories achieved in Anbar and the rest of areas, as well as the participation of the tribal fighters in the security and military operations, as well as training and arming the local police in the province.”
The office added that “al-Abadi and al-Jubouri have welcomed the return of displaced families to their homes in Tikrit and Diyala,” indicating that, “this shows the success of the security and military operations against ISIS terrorist gangs.”
