ISIS flogs 4 young people under the pretext of drug use west of Ramadi

(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – An informed source in Anbar province announced on Tuesday, that ISIS flogged four young people under the pretext of drug use.
The source said in an interview for IraqiNews.com, “ISIS arrested four young people, who were using drugs, after raiding their homes in different parts of al-Ratba town west of the city of Ramadi.”
The source, who asked to remain anonymous, added: “ISIS brought the four young people in a square in the city and flogged them in front of people,” pointing out that, “the elements of the organization warned all youths of drug abuse, because their fate will be the punishment of flogging.”
