We removed obstacles facing $150m projects- governor

DIWANIYA / IraqiNews.com: The governor of Diwaniya on Sunday said that it has removed obstacles facing investment projects worth $150 million U.S. dollars in the province. “Concerned bodies have officially approved projects by the Omani al-Taher Group to construct a shopping mall and factories…,” Salem Hussein Olwan told Iraqi News. Meanwhile, the chairman of the investment commission in the province, Engineer Hakim al-Khazaali, explained that the implementation of these projects has been delayed because of legal issues related to the allocation of land and the lack of ministerial approval.
