Berzani proposes early elections

(IraqiNews.com) Erbil – On Sunday the President of the Kurdistan region, Massoud Barzani, stressed the need to go to early elections in the absence of agreement about the Presidency Law of the region.
Barzani said in a letter addressed to the public opinion of Kurdistan received by IraqiNews.com, “The method of addressing the problems by imposing control is useless”, stressing that “we cannot accept that.”
Barzani added that “the political parties ,which are participating in Parliament and the Government of the region should speed up agreement on finding a solution for the interests of the people and the nation”, stressing that “in the event of failure to reach an agreement; we must go to early elections.”
