(IraqiNews.com) On Wednesday the so-called ISIS demanded a ransom to release two hostages from Norway and China, according to the latest issue of its magazine “Dabiq.”

The Norwegian government confirmed that one of its citizens was kidnapped, stressing at the same time its refusal to respond to the demands of the extremist organization. Norwegian Prime Minister Erna Solberg said in press conference in Oslo: “Norway does not pay ransom.”

The extremist organization devoted two pages of the latest issue of its magazine “Dabiq” to declare the detention of the hostages.

Under the title of “Norwegian prisoner For Sale,” Dabiq magazine published 4 Photos belonging to the Norwegian hostage, indicating: “for those who wish to pay the ransom for his release and transfer, they can call the following number;”

ISIS also claims to be holding as a hostage a 50-year-old Chinese man, named Feng Jinghui.

The organization warned in its announcement that this offer is for a limited time and the same applies to the Chinese hostage.

According to the Norwegian Prime Minister, the hostage named Ole Johan Grimsgaard-Ofstad, asserting that he was kidnapped in Syria shortly after arriving in this country.
