Cop killed by gunmen in Talafar

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: Unknown gunmen killed a policeman late on Wednesday in northern Talafar, the local police chief said on Thursday. “Unidentified gunmen attacked a policeman and showered him with bullets in Allo village, northern Talafar, before escaping to unknown place,” Colonel Ali Hadi Ubeid told Iraqi News. “The cop was on vacation,” he said, noting a number of suspects were arrested after the attack.
