URGENT: Arrest warrant issued against current Minister of Trade on charges of corruption

(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – Iraqi judicial authority announced on Sunday the issuance of an arrest warrant against the current Minister of Trade Mlas Mohammed and his brother on charges of financial corruption.
The spokesman for the judicial authority Abdul Sattar Bayrakdar said in a statement followed by IraqiNews.com, “The Central Investigating Court issued an arrest warrant against the current Minister of Trade and his brother on charges of financial corruption.”
Bayrakdar added that “the arrest warrant issued in accordance with Article No 310 and 319 of the Penal Code No. 111 of 1969.”
