(IraqiNews.com) ‘Haaretz’ newspaper reported on Wednesday that the war in Syria will continue, apparently due to the failure of all parties to work out their differences.

The conflicts revolve around the control over local centers. It seems that President Assad’s regime will accept to control a ‘small’ Syria in the future, including the capital Damascus and the corridor linking it with the city of Aleppo, the Alawi region north-west of the state.

The newspaper reported that Hezbollah formed a force in the Golan led by Samir Kuntar, a former prisoner in Israel. Israeli Military Intelligence estimations indicate that the focus of the Western countries on the ISIS organization during the past year served Assad’s regime, and Hezbollah will continue its preparations to exploit the new situation in the region in order to undermine Israel for Iran.
