(IraqiNews.com) US Undersecretary of State Wendy Sherman stated that “Tehran is going to be responsible if we didn’t reach a comprehensive agreement to limit its nuclear program in return for easing sanctions against it.”

Sherman, who holds the position of Undersecretary of State for Political Affairs, said that the major powers which are negotiating with Iran, provided Tehran with fair and enforceable ideas that agree with its desire for a civilian nuclear program which could be implemented.”

She stressed that the United States and other major powers are ready to reach an agreement, adding, “Otherwise, everyone will see that the responsibility rests with Iran.”

Although there are some sticking points in the negotiations, Britain, China, France, Germany, Russia and the United States are seeking to reach an agreement with Iran by November 24 after the extension of deadline of the final agreement on July.
