Islamic State attacks Syrian army troops near Raqqa
Raqqa (Syria News) The Islamic State group attacked the locations of the Syrian army and allied militias, southeast of Raqqa.
Qasioun News reported that the Islamic State group launched an attack, at noon today, on the locations of the Syrian army and allied militias, near al-Zamla village, southeast of Raqqa.
Meanwhile, media sources belonging to the extremist group informed destroying a military vehicle belonging to the Syrian Army on the outskirts of the village, after violent clashes between the two sides, which took place amid mutual artillery and rockets shelling.
It is noteworthy that the Islamic State lost large areas in the southern and eastern countryside of Raqqa, after battles with the Syrian army.
