PKK announces killing 53 Turkish security elements over the past 24 hours

(IraqiNews.com) Sulaymaniyah – The armed wing of the PKK announced on Thursday, that 53 of the Turkish security elements have been killed in several attacks during the past 24 hours, stressing that those operations came in response to the Turkey’s destruction of a military cemetery for the “martyrs” of the party.

The leadership of the armed wing of the PKK forces said in a statement received by IraqiNews.com, that “its forces carried out several attacks against the army positions, special forces and Turkish police in the past 24 hours,” indicating that “these operations resulted in the death of 27 members of the special forces, 24 soldiers, and two police officers.”
