Abadi meets with Kuwaiti PM in New York

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Premier, Haider al-Abadi, met with the Kuwaiti Prime Minister, Jaber al-Sabah, on the margins of the meetings of the UN Security Council in New York.

A statement by Abadi’s office received by IraqiNews.com cited “The meeting was to discuss the mutual relations and the terrorist threats to Iraq and the region.”

“Abadi expressed the readiness of Iraq to develop its relations with the world countries as well as Kuwait,” the statement concluded. /End/
