Adoption of electronic voting in parliament – MP

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Iraqi Parliament adopted the electronic in stead of “hands’ raising”, which was regarded a “positive step” that should be adopted from the beginning. MP Ala’ Maki , chairman of Tajdeed (Renewal) bloc, stated to IraqiNews.com,  that this move was made upon “pressures by some MPs as a challenge to the political agendas”.
