Al-Hashemi arrives in Qatar

BAGHDAD /Iraqi News Vice President Tareq al-Hashemi arrived on Monday in Doha to hold talks with Qatari officials on the political developments in Iraq, according to a statement released from his office. “Al-Hashemi arrived in Doha on Monday afternoon (April 5) to meet Qatari Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khaliefa al-Thani,” said the statement received by Iraqi News. “Talks will focus on efforts exerted to form a real government of national unity,” it added.
