Al-Hashemi meets Saudi king

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi Vice President Tareq al-Hashemi discussed with Saudi King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz bilateral ties and the Iraqi detainees in the kingdom, according to a statement from al-Hahsemi’s office. “Talks with the Saudi monarch tackled bilateral relations and the latest developments in the region as well as the Iraqi detainees in the kingdom file,” said the statement received by IraqiNews.com news agency.
