Arbil governor visits displaced Christian families in Ninewa

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: Arbil Governor Nozad Hadi on Friday visited Christian families displaced from Mosul city to al-Hamdaniya suburb and provided them with humanitarian aid, said the Ninewa deputy governor. “The aid covered 350 displaced Christian families in Hamdaniya (30 km) east of Mosul ,” Khisro Koran told IraqiNews.com. Statistics show that around 2,000 Christian families fled Mosul city to other places within Ninewa province or to other provinces, after the recent tangible escalation of violence against Christians there .
