Atrocities against Iraqi immigrants in Syria – Ministry

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Parliamentary Immigrants Commission Liqa’ Wardi disclosed today that some atrocities were committed against Iraqi residents in Syria. In a press statement, received by IraqiNews.com, she added that the atrocities are centered in some areas of the Syrian capital, Damascus, pointing that there are camps prepared for the families leaving Syria. She added that a special committee was formed to receive the Iraqis coming from Syria. Syrian cities witness protest demonstrations against President Bashar al-Asad since last March.
