Barazani arrives in Baghdad for pending issues

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi Kurdistan Region President Massoud Barazani arrived in Baghdad on Sunday leading a Kurdish delegation for talks over a host of outstanding issues between the autonomous region and the central government, according to the region’s presidential cabinet chief. “Barazani, who was received by a number of central government officials, is scheduled to meet with President Jalal Talabani, Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki and other officials over pending issues,” Fouad Hussein told IraqiNews.com.
