Barzani meets Allawi, Chalabi, Mutleg

Erbil (IraqiNews.com) The President of Kurdistan Region, Masoud Barzani, has met the head of the Iraqiya Slate, Ayad Allawi, the head of the Iraqi National Congress, Ahmed al-Chalabi and the accompanying delegation.

A statement by the presidency of Kurdistan Region cited “During the meeting, the participants discussed the latest updates of the political crisis and the obstacles that hurdle the political process, assuring the necessity of having a settlement that ensures the real partnership according to the constitution and the political deals.”

“Barzani has also met The Deputy Premier, Salih al-Mutleg, where they discussed the political proces ,” according to the statement which noted “Both sides also emphasized necessity to continue exertig efforts to settle the disputes in Iraq on all fields.”
