Bayati: MPs become burden on public fund
Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Abbas al-Bayati, of the State of Law Coalition assured that the settlement of the current crisis in Iraq can only be done by dissolving the parliament and hold early elections.
Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said “The aim of the visit of the Head of the Sadr Trend, Muqtada al-Sadr, to Baghdad and meeting the Head of the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council, Ammar l-Hakim, and visiting l-Najat Church and Abdul Qadir al-Kilani Mosque, is to coordinate with the sides of the Iraqi National Alliance to conduct the dialogue and unify the stances against the sectarian calls and those who call to cancel the Justice and Accountability law and the Article (4) of Anti-Terrorism law.”
“The INA rejects the return of Ba’ath party or canceling these two laws where this encourages the terrorism especially the security situation in Iraq is unstable,” he added.
“There are no intentions to form political majority government at the current time,” he added, noting that “Settling the crisis can only be done by two options, either to conduct dialogue or dissolve the parliament and hold early elections.”
