Bazoni: Government statements over settling floods crisis "Just promises"

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Independent MP, Jawad al-Bazoni, of the Iraqi National Alliance stated that the government must confess its failure in dealing with the floods and improving the services.

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said “This is not the first time that Baghdad witnesses floods where the same thing happened last year,” noting that “The statements of the government are just promises.”

“The government must confess in its failure in dealing with the floods, conducting real conciliation, developing mutual relations with neighboring countries or settling security and corruption issues,” he concluded.
