Hakim stresses necessity of establishing just State for masses

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The head of the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council, Ammar al-Hakim, stressed the necessity of being opened to the other political blocs and establish the just State for the masses.

A statement by the SIIC received by Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) cited “Hakim met with the heads of the Citizen bloc in the provincial councils at his office in Baghdad where he stressed the necessity of being in touch with the citizens and listen to their problems.”

“He assured that elections are means to serve the citizens and not an aim,” the statement added, noting that “The Citizen bloc must be opened to all the political blocs and establish the just State for the masses.”
