Harb demands to ask Israel for compensations for bombarding Iraqi nuclear reactor

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The legal expert Tareq Harb said that “The Iraqi authorities did not address the Secretariat General of the United Nations concerning the agreement of obtaining the compensations from Israel for destroying the Iraqi Nuclear Reactor although 31 years have passed on issuing a resolution by the UN Security Council which grants Iraq the right to ask for compensations from Israel over bombing the Iraqi nuclear reactor in 1981.” Harb clarified that “Israel had gained compensations of millions of dollars over firing 39 missiles by Saddam’s regime without causing any lose in life save a woman who died due to fear rather than due to the fall of missiles.”
