IHEC denies receiving video tape on forging operations

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Spokesman of the Independent High Electoral Commission (IHEC) denied on Wednesday receiving a video tape on forging operations during elections. “The IHEC did not receive any video tape on forging operations and such news are groundless,” Qassem al-Abboudi told IraqiNews.com news agency.
