Iraq seeks to develop relations with Kuwait in various domains – PM

Iraq-Kuwait BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki on Monday said that Iraq is seeking to develop its relations with Kuwait and all Arab countries in various domains. This came during his meeting today with Kuwaiti Ambassador to Iraq Ali al-Mou’men. “Iraq seeks to develop ties with Kuwait and all Arab countries in different fields, mainly after the positive changes happened in the Iraqi arena,” al-Maliki’s office said in a statement received by IraqiNews.com. He called to establish good and strong ties between the two countries for the good of the two peoples. For his part, the Kuwaiti diplomat reiterated his country’s support to the Iraqi government, hailing the achievements realized recently, vowing to work for developing bilateral relations. SH (P)/SR 1
