Iraq supports Palestinian state – relations with Serbia

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com:  Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshiar Zebari stressed today Iraqi support to establish a Palestinian State and the importance of relations between Baghdad and Belgrade. In a statement issued by the foreign ministry, Zebari spoke before the Non-Aligned Conference, held in Serbia, that Iraq supports Palestinian people to get its inalienable rights, including the establishment of its state, with its Quds (Jerusalem) as its capital”.   He confirmed support to the Palestinian endeavors at the UN to get full recognition of its state.   The statement added that Zebari made an interview with first Serbian RTS TV channel, during which he reviewed the historical relations between the two countries, in addition to the latest development in Iraq.   Serbian capital, Belgrade, is embracing the ministerial non-aligned conference on the 50th.
