Iraqi security forces allow Falluja delegation to partake in Mosul’s sit-in demonstration

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: The Iraqi security forces have allowed a delegation, representing tribal chieftains and clerics of west Iraq’s Falluja city to enter north Iraq’s Mosul city, to share in a sit-in demonstration, a Ninewa Province’s source said on Monday. “The Iraqi forces have allowed the entrance of a bus, carrying tribal chieftains and notables, representing Faluja tribes to enter Mosul city, to share in a sit-in demonstration in al-Ahrar (Liberals) Square,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. The Iraqi forces banned the Falluja delegation from entering Mosul city earlier on Monday, to share in the said sit-in demonstration. Mosul, the center of Ninewa Province, is 405 km to the north of Baghdad. SKH (TS)/SR 375
